Whether you need scheduled shipments for new construction or a one-time delivery of lumber and materials for a do-it-yourself home improvement project, you can rest assured that you’ll be saving time, money and effort with our delivery service.
WHERE: Tart Lumber Company is proud to offer delivery service to our local jurisdictions. We deliver to Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. and Metropolitian Maryland. We do offer special quoted deliveries outside of standard delivery area when negotiated with your sales team member.
WHEN: Orders placed before noon are delivered the following business day. If we can get the materials out the same day, we will try and work with you, but generally the trucks are loaded the day before delivery. We can make arrangements for special Saturday delivery. Please arrange with your sales team member before Thursday of the week you need Saturday delivery so we can arrange for drivers.
HOW: Tart is outfitted with the equipment needed for your delivery: We have a fleet of trucks to serve you.

DETAILS – RESTRICTIONS: All deliveries are considered curbside and can only be delivered to a paved surface. Due to the weight of the piggy-back forklifts, clients who request forklift delivery on their driveway assume the risk of damage to the pavement. The piggy-back forklift does not fit in garages.
Millwork and cabinetry deliveries are recommended to be made to the garage where they are protected from the weather.
In Home Delivery to the 1st Floor is available for an additional fee. Please speak with your team member for estimates.
No deliveries can be made to the back of the house or through the yard.
Please be aware that all drops are at the discretion of the driver to avoid damage to your property and ours. Thanks! TLC
